Herbert L. Waichman

Mr. Waichman has

Cornelius W. Wickersham, Jr. Award, the West Publishing Company Hornbook Award;
the Rita Giannone Memorial Award, and American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellence

New York. Prior to their careers in civil law, Waichman was a Lieutenant in
the New York City Police Department from 1969 to 1984, and Parker was a special
agent with the US Treasury Department from 1975 to 1983.
